Privacy policy

Troyer Ventures ("we") operates https://www.troyer.ca. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email, project location, the services you need, the date you need them, project details, your preferred contact method (phone, text or email), how you heard about us, and whether you checked the box allowing us to text you about your request. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule the work and do the job. If you checked the text box, we may text you about that request. Form submissions are received and stored by our website form service, Netlify, which may store them on servers outside Canada.
Fonts and video
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Our video is hosted on YouTube; nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and after that YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Analytics
The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers at this time. If that changes, this page will say so.
